Care Instructions

The ceramic pieces created by Lauren Reynolds Ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe, and we only use food safe glazes to ensure that the finished pieces are as functional as possible. Please make sure you handle with care – they are ceramic and therefore fragile by nature.

Be careful to not subject your pieces to thermal shock (meaning taking them quickly from hot to cold temperatures or cold to hot temperatures), as this can result in breaking or cracking of the ceramics.

Shipping

Orders to addresses within Australia will be sent via Sendle with a flat fee of $12. At this time, international shipping is not available.

As soon as we receive your payment, your purchases will be prepared for shipping and sent out within 48 hours. We will send you a confirmation email, which will include a tracking link, once your package is with the courier.

We take a lot of care in packaging up your purchases so that they make it to your door safely. If the unfortunate happens and your purchase arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving your item. If we can replace your purchase with something you are happy with, we will. Otherwise we will refund your purchase and postage in full.
